Our Vision
Here at Shaken Baby Syndrome of Virginia, Inc., our initiative is to reach out to the community through education and awareness of SBS. Our trainers conduct seminars of all sizes in order to provide parents with valuable information on what to do when a baby cries, as well as the consequences of Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS).
We are an organization that has been inspired by its’ co-founders journey with their grandson, Jared Nicolas. Jared suffered severe brain damage at just six weeks of age and fought bravely for his life until his passing on December 11, 2009.
We are committed to providing training and literature to insure awareness throughout our community. If at all possible, please help us to insure that Jared’s Journey will not be in vain.
